This Playshop is an opportunity to explore what belonging means to you at this moment in your life — through your body, your breath, your heart, and your creativity.
Together, we’ll dive into:
💫 Guided meditations to come home to your body, listen to your mind, and gently release the thoughts that may be holding you back from fully feeling your belonging.
💫 Writing and reflection exercises to deepen your insights and give voice to your inner truth.
💫 Grounding and embodiment practices to help you land in a place of rest, presence, and ease.
And as a highlight…
💫 We’ll journey through a facilitated ecstatic breathwork session inspired by Barbara Carrellas’ „Breath and Energy Orgasm.“
This is a guided solo breath journey — moving energy through the body, awakening sensation, and culminating in a shared, powerful “clench and hold.” This experience can be joyful, emotional, ecstatic, orgasmic, and deeply transformative — all at your own pace and in your own way.

About the facilitator:
Puma Höflich, is a white nonbinary, queer creature in their fifties, coming out of a working class family.
They are a bodyworker, qigong instructor and a wheel of consent facilitator. They have been working with Barbara Carrellas and Betty Martin.
In all their 1:1 work and in their workshops, they support mostly trans and queer people who lost connection to themselves, due to different reasons, to reunite with their heart and bodymind to find more ease and a sense of belonging.
They love to create ecstatic spaces that supports the feeling of belonging.
